It's great that there are five Italian clubs involved and a prestigious all-Italian clash between Fiorentina and Roma." This was Marco Fassone's reaction to the Europa League last-16 draw.
"Mancini is giving us a winning mentality and we're on the right track. He would love a great side to win trophies immediately but he's aware of the situation we're in and knows we're trying to strike the right balance to provide him with a squad that's in line with his expectations.
"There's not much to say about Guarin's return to form, he's full of confidence and Mancini has found a position where he can perform at his best. We've got a great youth academy, it's a pipeline for us and Ausilio is assessing which players can stay at the club and which ones will leave to gain experience elsewhere."
