Bianconeri without a win in six
Cesena haven't won in their last half a dozen matches. The side from Romagna have drawn three and lost three in that time, following their opening day win over Parma at the Manuzzi on 31 August.
Inter transformed in the second half
The Nerazzurri might have had some disappointing results of late but you can't question the side's fitness based on data from the first dozen competitive games of the 2014/15 season. Inter have scored 11 and conceded seven goals in the first half of matches; interestingly however, the Nerazzurri have scored more (14) and conceded fewer (3) goals in the second half of games.
Mazzarri won only other meeting
Pierpaolo Bisoli and Walter Mazzarri meet for the second time. The Inter coach won their only other encounter when in charge of Napoli away at Bisoli's Cagliari in Serie A 2010/11.
Empty-handed
Pierpaolo Bisoli has lost both of his matches against Inter as a coach. He was on the wrong end of home defeats for Cagliari and Bologna against the Nerazzurri.
Just one reverse for Mazzarri
Walter Mazzarri has come up against Cesena on eight occasions in his coaching career. The current Inter coach has won five, drawn two and lost just once against the Cavallucci, in his first meeting against them: his Pistoiese side lost 2-0 in Serie C-1 2002/03.
