MILAN – Javier Zanetti is preparing his luggage for a trip to China in his capacity as Inter ambassador. It will be another chance for the vice president to take to the field with the legends of Inter Forever, who will be in Xi An between 12 and 16 October and Wu Han from 16 until 20 of the same month.
"The bond between Inter and China is incredible. I’ve already had the chance to go to China and see the passion of the many Nerazzurri fans over there," began Zanetti.
The Inter vice president is clearly excited by the prospect of once again wearing the Nerazzurri colours on the field of play: "My boots are always ready for Inter! It’s a pleasure to wear the colours, and it also gives me the chance to see some of my old team-mates again. Inter brings people together; it’s a wonderful feeling. In the dressing room there’s a sense of harmony, of raw passion for football."
Zanetti also spared a word for Francesco Toldo: "He’s a great person and is putting all of his efforts into the Inter Forever project. Whenever we get the call from him we accept straight away because we all want to take part."
