MILAN – You never forget your first time. And Marco Belinelli will never forget winning the NBA title with San Antonio Spurs last night, beating LeBron James' Miami Heat in a rematch of last year's final. It turned out to be a surprisingly one-sided affair as the Spurs crushed the Heat 4-1.
It's not just Belinelli's first time. A die-hard Interista, he is also the first Italian ever to win the ring in the world's greatest basketball league. It rounds off a magnificent season for Marco, who also triumphed in the Three-Point Contest at the All-Star Weekend back in February.
