Nine Inter players involved in international friendlies against Japan, Algeria, Slovenia, Croatia, Colombia, Argentina and Portugal

MILAN – Nine Nerazzurri players were involved in international friendlies with their respective national sides on Wednesday.

Here's the rundown on the action they saw:

- Japan 4-2 New Zealand: Yuto Nagatomo played the full game;

- Algeria 2-0 Slovenia: Saphir Taider netted for Algeria (56) before being replaced by Hassan Yebda on 76 minutes, while Samir Handanovic played the entire match;

- Switzerland 2-2 Croatia: Mateo Kovacic was on the pitch for 56 minutes then substituted off (Eduardo coming on). He set up Olic for the Croatians' equaliser in the 54th minute;

- Colombia 1-1 Tunisia: Fredy Guarin was not used by José Nestor Pekerman;

- Romania 0-0 Argentina:  Rodrigo Palacio played 33 minutes, after replacing Agüero on 57 minutes. Hugo Campagnaro and Ricky Alvarez did not feature.

- Portugal 5-1 Cameroon: Rolando played the full game.
