MILAN – Last weekend's youth academy fixtures were affected by the inclement weather, with a number of games across the country being called off (including the Nerazzurri U16s') and others (like the Primavera's) being played in atrocious conditions. With the Giovanissimi Nazionali enjoying a week's rest, there were only three matches played.
Salvatore Cerrone's Primavera (U19s) lost 4-1 to Chievo in their Week 13 league match.
The Allievi Nazionali Serie A and B (U17s), coached by Gianmario Corti, drew 1-1 in a championship game at home to Bologna.
Benoit Cauet's Allievi Nazionali Lega Pro were due to travel to Monza for a Week 15 encounter but the match was called off due to an unplayable pitch.
The Giovanissimi Nazionali (U15s) enjoyed a week off with no games scheduled for Stefano Bellinzaghi's boys.
Marco Mandelli's Giovanissimi Regionali (U14s) hosted Sud Tirol for a friendly, which they won 5-0.
