CAMPAGNARO AND PALACIO HELP STEER ARGENTINA TO WORLD CUP FINALS

90 minutes for the centre-back, 65 for the striker as Alejandro Sabella's side cruise to 5-2 success over Paraguay

MILAN - Argentina claimed a comfortable 5-2 victory over Paraguay at the Estadio Defensores del Chaco last night to move three points clear at the top of the South American qualifying group and secure their place at Brazil 2014.

Hugo Campagnaro and Rodrigo Palacio were both handed starting berths by Alejandro Sabella: the defender completed the full 90 minutes while the forward made way for Lavezzi in the 65th minute. Ricardo Alvarez was an unused substitute.
