PRIMAVERA, MODENA 0-5 INTER: ANOTHER THREE BIG POINTS

Dominant display by Nerazzurri Under-19s: Colombi nets a brace with Zucchini (og), Garritano and Forte also on the scoresheet

MILAN – Mission complete. Inter Primavera put five past Modena in their own back yard this afternoon to clinch three more big points going into the last few games of the Campionato Primavera regular season.

Colombi's 7th-minute header and a tidy first-half display saw the Nerazzurri Under-19s go in at the break a goal to the good, before Daniele Bernazzani's side ran riot in the second period. Inter doubled their lead after 52 minutes when Zucchini deflected Alborno's cross into his own net, then the Nerazzurri strikers stepped onto the stage: Colombi completed his brace with a close-range finish from Belloni's cross (58) then Garritano also got in on the act thanks to another fine ball from Belloni. Forte rounded off the scoring in the 74th minute, less than five minutes after taking over from Garritano, blasting a bullet inside the far post following a smart stepover.

Five goals and three points for Inter, which means they maintain a two-point advantage over local rivals AC Milan in third place heading into this Saturday's crunch derby clash.
