APPIANO GENTILE - FC Internazionale technical director Marco Branca unveiled new Nerazzurri players Zdravko Kuzmanovic and Ezequiel Schelotto to journalists this morning during a press conference held at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti.
The Argentine winger explained what it meant to him to have joined Inter: "It's a dream come true. It doesn't happen every day that one of the best clubs in the world comes calling for you. I want to thank president Moratti and everyone at the club. I chose the No.7 shirt because it's the number I've always had since I first came to Italy, it's brought me luck and it wasn't taken. Were there any other teams after me apart from Inter? It's been a difficult month, all I'm thinking about now is this team – and Inter wanted me more than anyone. I'm glad to be a part of this group."
Kuzmanovic then took the floor: "I also want to thank president Moratti, and Branca, as well as my agent, for bringing me here. And it's a dream for me too. No.17 was free so I took it, but I've never placed any importance on the shirt number. Three and a half years ago I opted to go to Stuttgart because I wanted to try German football. I was born in Switzerland and I wanted to play in the Bundesliga. It was a wonderful experience but I was keen to come back to Italy because I like Serie A. It's a different league here. It's more physical and less tactical in Germany. It's tougher in Italy."
