MILAN - Tommaso Rocchi spoke to Rai Sport after making his full debut in a Nerazzurri shirt in tonight's cup triumph over Bologna. "I hadn't played for a while so obviously I'm still working my way back to full fitness but I'm quite pleased with how I've started. It's nice to know that the coach has faith in me. I think we showed some good movement, it's just a shame we got pegged back after going 2-0 up. Lazio are on the other side of the draw? Hopefully we'll meet in the final. But for now let's just enjoy this victory after a thrilling and hard-fought game."
The striker then said to Radio Rai: "I need to keep improving so that I can reach peak fitness. Obviously we were disappointed to surrender a two-goal lead and almost throw our qualification away, but we came good in the end. How am I adapting to the team's playing system? Quite well. Apart from the playing system I have to get to know my new team-mates as well and that's something that will improve on a daily basis. I'm getting there."
