STRAMACCIONI: "WE WANT TO GO ALL THE WAY"

"It won't be easy, anything can happen in a knockout match. We must concentrate on the task at hand"

MILAN - Andrea Stramaccioni spoke to Inter Channel about tomorrow's Coppa Italia quarter-final against Bologna at the Stadio Meazza (21:00).

Tomorrow we have Inter v Bologna in the Coppa Italia, a competition Inter showed they cared about when people perhaps didn't expect them to. And it looks as if Inter want to go all the way to Rome this year too.

"I think we've shown from the outset that we care about all three of the competitions we're involved in this year. We know it's not easy but we're Inter and we want to go all the way. We're treating tomorrow's game very seriously. We know our opponents have already eliminated one of the best teams in Italy and we know that in a knockout match anything can happen - that's precisely why we must be even more concentrated on the task at hand."

Bologna grabbed the headlines when they beat last season's winners Napoli in what was the shock of the last round.

"I think that should be a warning for us going into tomorrow's game because no matter what team Pioli picks, Bologna will pull out all the stops. Some people might have thought Bologna weren't taking the game seriously when they looked at their line-up before kick-off, but they beat a full-strength Napoli side and that just shows you how important the cup is to Bologna. But we know how important it is to us too and how determined we are to reach the semi-finals."

There won't be so many academy boys as there were for the Verona tie, and you're slowly starting to get all your players back now.

"We'll definitely have the two who are returning from suspension, Ranocchia and Juan Jesus, and they are very important for our backline. As for the injured players, although two games may seem far apart it's only been 48 hours since Saturday's match so I don't think I'll risk anyone I could have risked on Saturday because I want to get them fully fit again for the Roma game and the rest of the season."
