The Italian Permanent Mission to the United Nations together with the United Nations Office on Sport for Development and Peace (UNOSDP) and in collaboration with UNICEF invited Inter Campus to present its social commitment in the world at the United Nations on 28 November 2012.
The presentation will take place at 6pm in the General Assembly Building in the presence of the Italian Ambassador Cesare Maria Ragaglini, Ban Ki-moon's Special Adviser on Sport for Peace and Development Wilfried Lemke, the Deputy Executive Director of UNICEF Geeta Rao Gupta, Inter President Massimo Moratti and Afef Jnifen, who will present Inter Campus Tunisia.
The Inter Campus delegation will include its President Carlotta Moratti, Francesco Toldo and Luis Figo, ambassadors of Inter’s social program.
On 29 November at 5.30pm, in collaboration with the publisher Skira, the photo book “Inter Campus – Sport Passione Impegno” will be officially presented at the Rizzoli Bookstore in New York - 31 West 57th Street - a publication created to celebrate 15 years of social commitment in the world. More than 200 pictures, taken by Franco Origlia, that in eight chapters portray the daily life of thousands of children who grow up with Inter Campus. The introduction of Milly and Massimo Moratti traces the passion and professionalism with which Inter created Inter Campus, today in 25 countries in the world.
