APPIANO GENTILE – During Saturday's media conference, the journalists in the press room tried to find out who might be in the coach's line-up for Bologna v Inter. For example, will Antonio Cassano be playing? "Until now we've done well with three attacking players. As far as I can remember, only against Chievo did we have a third [central] midfielder. If we're doing well, why change? Of the three attackers, Cassano is the one who's in best form at the moment. Has he got over his disappointment from Thursday? He was disappointed because he missed a goal but otherwise he played well, even when were most in difficulty. He's in anything but poor form."
From Cassano to Palacio, who "is one of the quality players we have up front. Some people said we had too many forwards but that's not the case, I've never thought that. Rodrigo can be lethal and his knack of scoring goals is one of the reasons why we brought him in."
Tomorrow's match takes place in Bologna at the Stadio Dall'Ara, a city and a stadium that hold a lot of memories for Stramaccioni. "Bologna was an important place for me. I went then when I was 14 and stayed until the age of 18. That's where I started to become a young man, away from home, without my parents. When I was a boy the Dall'Ara is the stadium I hoped to play Serie A football in. Now I'm happy to be going there as the Inter coach: a dream."As for tomorrow's opposition, Stramaccioni stressed that, "Bologna have always done well at home and they need the points at the moment. We're trying to prepare for it as best we can but they'll want to show they're a good side. They've always taken an attacking approach in big games and caused problems for teams above them in the table."
