APPIANO GENTILE - "I've won trophies with the other teams I've played for, at Boca and especially at Porto, where I won nine trophies in three and a half years. Now I want to win here too and I'm sure that's what will happen." Fredy Guarin spoke about his insatiable appetite for success during his interview on Inter Channel's Prima Serata, to be broadcast at 21:00 tonight.
One of Fredy's coaches at Porto was André Villas Boas, someone who knows the Inter set-up well. "I haven't spoken to him yet since I signed here, but I will soon and the first thing I'll do is thank him for everything he did for me. It will be a nice chat because he's not only a great coach but a great person too. However, the most important thing for me to concentrate on at the moment is talking to Claudio Ranieri... [smiling], my new coach. I've already spoken to him of course, but only briefly."
