PINZOLO - With cold, heavy rain still pouring down, Inter's second-last training session at the Stadio Pineta in Val Rendena came to an end a short while ago. Tomorrow morning will be the last session and then, after lunch at the hotel, the team will set off for Rovereto, where they will play Cremonese in their third friendly fixture of the 2011/12 pre-season (17:00, live on Sky Sport Italia).
Despite the unpleasant weather, plenty of Nerazzurri fans (around 3,000) turned out to watch Gian Piero Gasperini's team training this afternoon. The main group - which, like this morning, included Giampaolo Pazzini and Walter Samuel - spent the whole session working with the ball: possession drills, shooting practice and tactical practice matches.
Dejan Stankovic and Wesley Sneijder worked separately: they should be involved in tomorrow's fixture against Cremonese but a decision will be taken after the final session tomorrow morning.
There was therapy, physiotherapy and some light aerobic work for Yuto Nagatomo, and full rehabilitation programmes, including some muscle-strengthening work in the pool, for Ivan Ramiro Cordoba, Raffaele Di Gennaro, Jonathan, Thiago Motta and Nelson Rivas.
