MILAN - Inter's chief of medical staff Franco Combi performed medical tests today on Davide Santon, who sustained a knee injury in last night's match between Italy U21 and Luxembourg U21. The defender has suffered a lesion of the external meniscus in his right knee.
Combi and his team have decided to proceed with an operation that will be coordinated with Prof. Franco Benazzo at the department of radiology at the San Matteo hospital in Pavia.
