APPIANO GENTILE - In an interview with local TV station Telelombardia, Ivan Ramiro Cordoba spoke about Inter's Champions League performance against Ajax. "We had a few problems scoring, and when you look at how we played on the pitch we certainly deserved a bit more," said the Colombian defender, who also commented on the two-legged quarter-final clash with Spanish outfit Villarreal. "We have seen them play and they are a tough team. But an eventual semi-final against Juventus is an extra motivation for us."
On the press rumours of a possible Ronaldo return to Inter, Cordoba said: "Would I welcome him back? Why not? Even if he left, the important thing is that he puts himself at the service of the team."
