If you could erase something from last season what would it be?
"Without any doubt, it would be the failure to get into the European Cup final. As a former [AC Milan] player it was even more difficult to bear. And then the injury, of course."
How did you live through the two Euroderbies?
"I was lucky to play in the first of the two semi-finals. I didn't play in the second one and it was very tough. It's very difficult when you can't play and help your team-mates."
