MILAN - Francesco Coco interview with Inter Channel (3):
Left-back is a difficult position to interpret at Inter. You've played in this position at Milan and Barcelona, two of the best sides in the world. Is it really so difficult to play in this position for Inter?
"They are three great teams. I think that at this point it's a psychological problem at Inter. Here it's probably thought that a great champion like Roberto Carlos was allowed to leave too easily. The truth is that the Brazilian full-back showed a few weaknesses, otherwise they wouldn't have got rid of him so easily. He's a fantastic player now. For me he's the best in his position after Paolo Maldini, but at that time he wasn't as good."
