Lippi will soon have the youngplayers involved in the Olympic Games, Pirlo, Cirillo and Ferrari, backin the squad. Unfortunately, defeat against Spain meant that Tardelli's Italian youth team has been eliminated from the Games. "Our only objective is to turn the bad results around" says Lippi, who's well aware of the fact that "it won't be easy. Any comparison with the results of other teams is no use now, because supporters only want to see concrete results".
The coach doesn't have to say much to make clear how he feels: " I'm only interested in results too. Right now I'm not interested in the game itself because we must get things back on track". Lippi knows another defeat would be a big price for his team to pay and would only add to the tension: "We can only avoid further criticism by winning".
