MILAN - Inter midfielder Matias Almeyda has been diagnosed with a fracture to the tibia bone in his right leg.
Under the supervision of Inter chief of medical staff Franco Combi, director of orthopedics and traumatology at Pavia University Francesco Benazza carried out the assessment then applied plaster.
The Argentine player will undergo several tests during the course of the next few days in order to establish a recovery and rehabilitation programme.
