MILAN - In the week ahead of the opening fixture of the 2019-20 Serie A TIM season against Lecce, Stefano Sensi spoke with DAZN. “Everyone has welcomed me really well here and made me feel right at home which has been a big help for me,” he began. “I’m convinced that I’m at the right team at the right time and I now have everything in place to do well along with the help of my teammates, the Coach and Club itself.”
On the team’s aims and the Coach: “I feel good at this Inter side, with dedication and desire we can really do big things. It’s on us to give 100 per cent whenever we take to the pitch. The first thing that struck me from Conte was the winning mentality. It improves everything, I felt good with him straight away because he’s a Coach who works a lot and hard work pays off.”
Finally, a comment on the team: “My teammates are really great players, I feel good with Brozovic and there’s a bond between us. We look out for each other a lot and I didn’t expect to settle so well. Lukaku is a top quality player, he’s a very important piece in our side as he brings power and the right attitude.”
