APPIANO GENTILE – On the eve of Inter vs. Roma on matchday 22 of the Primavera 1 TIM season, the Nerazzurri’s Under-19 Coach Armando Madonna spoke to Inter TV: "It’s good that we can get straight back on the pitch after our defeat in Florence. First, we’ve got Roma and then the Viareggio Cup, there’s no time to look back. We’re looking to the future with great confidence.

"Recently, we’ve been more consistent and shown more awareness. We’ve also learned how to deal with pressure during 90 minutes of play. At the same time, however, we still lack a little bit of determination in front of goal and need to be more clinical," the tactician continued.

He then spoke about his side’s league position and the squad: "We’re on the comeback trail in the league and we don’t want our momentum to stop. We’re capable of matching any tam. I’ve got a great squad available to me and I think that there’s still room for improvement too."
