BERGAMO – Roberto Gagliardini, up against his former club today, commented on Inter’s defeat away to Atalanta: “We made too many mistakes. We knew how Atalanta would play but we didn’t demonstrate what we’ve been working on in training out on the pitch. Keeping possession against Atalanta isn’t easy but we made far too many mistakes, thus making it easier for them to play their game. We need to make sure that this defeat is simply a bump in the road and we have to analyse what we got wrong today. Then, after the international break, we have to get back on track against Frosinone.”
