MILAN – Inter’s coach Spalletti spoke to Sky at an event in which Dr. Piero Volpi’s book ‘Medico del calcio- il manuale’ was presented at the Humanitas University Campus: "Piero Volpi has great qualities and a great deal of knowledge. In the morning we always meet to take stock and discuss all the players that are available.

"The Derby? The team is going through a positive phase and we’ve grown a lot in terms of our character. You need to have character when you play games like the Milan Derby. Brozovic will have to be assessed, but overall the players are fit and we’re satisfied. We have a week to prepare for the game and we’ll be ready. Our next opponent is strong and they have picked up a lot of points in recent matches. We’ll have to go out there and fight and try to play the best we possibly can."

To finish, Spalletti commented on how his team will approach future games: "We’ll be judged at the end. Our players have belief, this season we’ll try and remain in the Champions League places. We’ll try and win all of our games."
