MILAN - Luciano Spalletti’s side are currently gearing up for their decisive last day of the season on Sunday 20th May, when the Nerazzurri will take on Simone Inzaghi’s Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico, in a game that will determine who qualifies for the Champions League.
This season’s earlier encounter between the two teams was played out on December 30th, finishing goalless in front of 60,000 spectators at San Siro. Following their 2-2 draw with Crotone, Lazio now occupy fourth place in Serie A, sitting on 72 points following 21 wins, nine draws and seven defeats (87 goals scored, only conceding 46).
