APPIANO GENTILE - Morning training began in the gym with the team divided into two groups. Those who played against Chievo stretched in the gym before heading out onto the pitch for recovery work. Those who didn’t play underwent strength training before moving out onto the pitch for speed and possession work. To close, there was a match on a small-size pitch with the ball always in play.
