MILAN - In collaboration with Opta, here are all the stats following Sunday's narrow defeat to Torino:

  • After an unbeaten streak of 21 matches against Torino in Serie A between 1994 and 2014, Inter have now only managed to beat the Granata only twice in their last seven meetings, losing three times in the process.
  • Torino have won three Serie A games in a row for the first time since November 2016.
  • Thanks to Adem Ljajic’s goal, Inter’s run without conceding in Serie A has ended after 517 minutes.
  • Inter have won only one of eight matches in which they’ve been trailing in Serie A so far, that against Roma on matchday two (D3 L4).
  • Meanwhile, Torino remain one of only three teams still unbeaten from leading situations this season (W11 D6), along with AC Milan and Inter.
  • Torino faced eight shots on target against Inter, only conceding more in Serie A this season away to Juventus (10).
  • Inter had eight shots on target on Sunday (eight), only recording more during a game against Chievo back in December (13 on that occasion).
  • Antonio Candreva attempted four shots on target against Torino. Only Ivan Perisic has had more in a single game for Inter this season (five vs. Chievo)
  • João Cancelo was the player with the most touches in this game (121). In fact, the majority of Inter’s attack came down the right flank (36.5%).
  • Cancelo attempted 30 crosses today – a record in a single Serie A game this season.
