PADELLI: "I'M PLEASED TO HAVE MADE MY DEBUT BUT WE SHOULD'VE DONE BETTER"

The Nerazzurri goalkeeper spoke to Inter TV after Tuesday's TIM Cup win over Pordenone

MILAN - Daniele Padelli's saves made all the difference during Tuesday’s TIM Cup penalty win over Pordenone on Tuesday and he has since had this to say to Inter TV: “Magnaghi had a good effort in the first half. This was an important save because a goal conceded would have complicated things for us. I am happy to have made my season debut, however we would’ve liked to perform better out on the pitch. As time passed by we went into a little bit of a frenzy. Pordenone proved themselves to be a tough team. I would be happy for them if they managed to reach Serie B. Now we are focused on Udinese, which will be a crucial match for us.”
