APPIANO GENTILE - Prior to Saturday's fixture against Napoli, Luciano Spalletti today held his customary pre-match press conference in the Inter Media House at the Suning Centre, answering questions from both fans on Facebook and also from journalists present.
"Winning great matches like that of the derby in front of our own crowd is something that we must manage. We must learn the art of being able to start again fron zero. However, we must not take a step backwards. We will wear the shirt on Saturday and seek to put in a great performance.
"Napoli are a good advert for football. They are strong but we know that we cannot let them dictate play with their quality. We are currently in at the deep end, but we do have the ability to create problems for Napoli. We must try to trouble them and we aim to win in their own backyard.
"The players want the squad to embrace the feeling of Inter, starting with their feet and finishing with their heads, but also passing through the heart. There is self-confidence and determination within the team, although the players must train and play their matches as professionals. The attitude shown when the derby was 2-2 helps me understand the type of heart that these players have.
"Anything is possible here at Inter because there are no regrets or limitations. The entire squad is of the highest quality and they can compete against any other team. After what I've seen so far, I am convinced that my team can be at the same level as their opponents on Saturday."
