MILAN - The partnership between Inter and bwin was officially presented to the press this evening, with the latter becoming the first ever Official Betting Partner and Top Partner in the Nerazzurri’s history.
The evening initially saw a couple of key figures express their satisfaction at this latest agreement, including Inter’s Chief Revenue Officer, Michael Gandler and bwin’s Country Lead, Moreno Marasco. Following this, four Nerazzurri stars then graced the stage to answer questions from the night’s host Barbara Pedrotti. The Inter quartet consisted of Borja Valero, Matias Vecino, Joao Cancelo and Zinho Vanheusden.
“To work with champions helps me improve every day,” said Vanheusden. “I’m dreaming of becoming a starter at Inter and winning.” As for Cancelo, he had this to say: “I am working with the team doctor to return at the earliest possible moment and to then get back playing with my teammates.” “It would be a dream to do well with Inter and consequently make a return to the National Team,” Borja Valero revealed. “The best moment arrives when you're in the middle of the park and feeling the fans’ passion.” New arrival Vecino was the last player to address the audience: “It is a beautiful shirt with a great number, as well as it being an important responsibility. I want to repay the faith that was placed in me by the club bringing me here. It is a great honour to play for one of the most prestigious teams in the world.”
