MILAN – Eder spoke to Inter Channel after the Nerazzurri rounded off the Serie A 2016/17 season with a 5-2 win over Udinese at San Siro on Sunday night.
"We needed to finish the season with dignity today," began the striker. "Over the last three weeks Vecchi has asked us to give our all and I think there is plenty to build on. Sadly the goals I’ve scored tonight don’t count for much.
"We saw a warm goodbye to Rodrigo, who has always given his all in every training session. You always need people like that in any team, for the good of the group. He’s an example for us and for all the young players."
