MILAN – The season is approaching its climax for all of Inter’s youth academy teams, with Matteo Lombardo’s Inter Under 16 Serie A and B facing AC Milan in the second round of their league play-off. The U16s – who beat Sampdoria on penalties in the first round – take on the Rossoneri at the Suning Youth Development Centre in memory of Giacinto Facchetti on Sunday 21 May (15:00 CEST kick-off).
The Under 17 Serie A and B side take on Roma in a championship quarter-final first leg at the Centro Sportivo Fulvio Bernardini on Sunday (14:30 CEST), while the Under 15 Serie A and B team have their own quarter-final first leg at Salernitana’s Stadio Volpe (10:30 CEST on Sunday).
As the Primavera await the beginning of the Final Eight stage, which runs from 2 to 10 June, Daniele Bernazzani’s U19s take on Renate in a friendly at the Suning Youth Development Centre in memory of Giacinto Facchetti on Saturday (11:00 CEST kick-off).
Last but certainly not least, the Giovanissimi Regionali will be taking part in the sixth edition of the Granamica Valspar Cup in Bologna.
