MILAN – Inter Club VIP Experience competition winner Gilberto Sala was afforded the full VIP treatment on Sunday night as they visited San Siro for Inter v Roma.
"It was a huge surprise when I got the call to say that I’d won the Inter Club competition," said Gilberto, who was accompanied by his wife Maria Assunta Colombo at San Siro. "It’s been a unique experience to see the more exclusive areas of La Scala del Calcio and I want to say a big thank you to everyone for making me feel so welcome."
Before the game, Gilberto and Maria were able to get a sneak peek at the Nerazzurri’s dressing room, before discovering the rarely seen parts of the Meazza with the stadium walkabout initiative and making full use of San Siro’s hospitality areas. The couple then watched the match from the stands.
