JUVENTUS V INTER STAT PACK

Icardi up against his favourite Serie A opposition, Candreva and Perisic top crossers, Eder seeking third consecutive goal

MILAN – It's the big one tonight as Stefano Pioli's Nerazzurri head to Turin for Juventus v Inter. Together with Opta we've put together a selection of key stats ahead of the game.

Inter go into the 168th Derby d'Italia in Serie A on the back of a seven-match winning run in the league, with includes three consecutive away victories.

Inter were the first team to beat the Bianconeri at Juventus Stadium when Diego Milito (two) and Rodrigo Palacio secured a 3-1 win there in November 2012.

Since Stefano Pioli took over in the Nerazzurri dugout, no Serie A side has earned more points than Inter (25 in 10 games).

Inter lead the way in the top five European leagues for total crosses from open play (583) and headers (74) this season. They also boast the most goals (12) in the last 15 minutes of games.

Serie A's joint top scorer Mauro Icardi has drawn blanks in his last two outings but he's up against his favourite opponents tonight, having found the net seven times in eight previous meetings with Juventus.

Antonio Candreva remains the league's number one provider of crosses from open play, followed by Atalanta's Alejandro Gomez and Ivan Perisic.

For the first time since joining the club a year ago, Eder has scored in two consecutive Serie A appearances (against Chievo and Pescara).

Joao Mario has scored two and set up three goals in his last six Serie A matches.
