PALERMO V INTER: VIEW FROM THE OPPOSITION

Palermo boss Eugenio Corini spoke positively of the Inter squad ahead of Sunday’s clash at the Renzo Barbera, for which he has named a 23-man squad

PALERMO – At the pre-match news conference ahead of Palermo’s home clash against the Nerazzurri, the Rosanero coach was asked how he rates tomorrow’s opposition.

“They’re looking good as a team and have developed a good mentality since [Stefano] Pioli's arrival. We’re taking nothing for granted,” he said.

“[Ivan] Perisic is one of the world’s top players. He’s quick, technically gifted and good in the air. They’ve also got Icardi, Candreva and Banega.”

Here is the 23-man squad Corini has named for tomorrow’s game, which kicks off at 15:00 CET:

Marson, Posavec; Aleesami, Andelkovic, Cionek, Goldaniga, Gonzalez, Morganella, Pezzella, Rispoli, Vitiello; B. Henrique, Chochev, Gazzi, Jajalo, Quaison; Balogh, Bentivegna, Diamanti, Embalo, Nestorovski, Silva, Trajkovski.
