UDINE - Stefano Pioli says his team are focused on nothing but Udinese as they kick off a busy month against the Friulian outfit today.
The Nerazzurri have four Serie A fixtures and at least one Coppa Italia match to contend with in January, but the boss insists all of that is far from their minds at the moment.
“We're totally focused on Udinese. We're just taking each game as it comes and trying to climb the table,” Pioli said in the build-up to Sunday's early kick-off at the Stadio Friuli.
“If we can get the win today, it will be another three points on the board and then we can think about the next one. The teams above us keep on picking up points and they're not going to slow down.”
The coach also brushed off suggestions Inter might struggle with the biting cold in Friuli after a week's training in the South of Spain.
"The cold weather won't affect matters – it will be the same conditions for both teams. We've trained really well and we must get our approach right.”
