MILAN – It was a great weekend for the Inter youth ranks, as all four teams which took to the field for league action emerged victorious. After the Under-18s smashed Albinoleffe 5-1 at home, the Primavera, the Under-17s and the Under-14s all picked up wins.
Stefano Vecchi’s U19 side continued to benefit from Axel Bakayoko’s rich vein of goal-scoring form, beating Frosinone 4-0 at the Centro Sportivo Giacinto Facchetti. The U17s earned an important win away at Cesena, thanks to a brace from Davide Merola.
A goal from Andrea Cappadonna was enough for Stefano Bellinzaghi’s U14 team, which bagged all three points against Sudtirol at the Centro Sportivo Enotria.
