MILAN – Jeison Murillo was next up to comment on tonight's game, describing the win against Genoa as "confidence-building".
"It's an important victory and we really wanted it," the centre-back began. "It's also important that we kept a clean sheet; this can be a good springboard.
"We all did a lot of running and there was a lot of communication between the players in order to help each other out. We set a lot of store behind this victory.
"We want to honour Inter and to do that we have to work hard," Murillo concluded. "We know we can climb higher up the league than where we are now. This victory builds confidence."
