MILAN - Antonio Candreva was more than happy to discuss his thunderous strike in the Milan derby, which helped Inter to a 2-2 draw against rivals AC Milan.
"It's a shame it wasn't the winner," he told Inter Channel. "However, based on how the game went, we deserved a point.
"We switched off twice and conceded two goals, which is disappointing. It was an amazing feeling to score in front of the Inter fans in the Curva Nord. That said, we are a little annoyed we didn't take all three points.
"AC Milan are above us in the table and they have lots of points already but we put in a great performance tonight and had the edge over them. I believe it was an extremely positive performance."
