MILAN – When any Inter fan thinks back to the record-breaking Nerazzurri side, Andreas Brehme is surely one of the first names that springs to mind.
Born in Hamburg on 9 November 1960, the German defender – known to the Inter faithful simply as Andy – was a key member of that great team. In total, Brehme scored 12 goals in 154 appearances for the club, winning one Scudetto, one UEFA Cup and one Italian Super Cup along the way.
