MILAN - Javier Zanetti spoke to Mediaset Premium in the build-up to Inter v Cagliari: "The fans are the most important thing, they get behind us and we have to do all we can to show them respect. Unfortunately there are some things we cannot accept and everyone working at the club must know how to behave. What matters now is winning the match, then we'll see what happens after that.
"People must conduct themselves in manner befitting of Inter's rich history. Now we must support the team to beat Cagliari. We'll discuss everything else after that.
"This is a private matter concerning Mauro, we're discussing this now but no one expected it. We're focused on other goals and Inter are above any individual. Social media is used in a negative way and now we have to protect the club. Everyone needs to be very careful with what they write on social media, we mustn't damage the club's history."
