TORSVOLLUR – Portugal ran out clear winners against the Faroe Islands, with a 6-0 victory away from home in their qualifier for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Nerazzurri midfielder Joao Mario produced a stellar display for the winning side.
He was involved in the goal which broke the deadlock for Portugal, setting up Andre Silva to give Fernando Santos’ side the lead.
In the second half, the Inter man set up Cristiano Ronaldo, who made it 4-0 to the visitors.
