MILAN – After making his first start for Inter, Senna Miangue acknowledged the support of Frank de Boer and the Nerazzurri squad.
"The boss has given me a lot of trust, as have my team-mates, they always talk to me on the pitch," the defender told Inter Channel.
"I worked hard throughout the week and made sure I was ready."
Miangue says the boss told him to stay calm, keep tight and close down where necessary.
"Miranda and Perisic gave me advice during the game. I think myself and Perisic linked well. He often wants the ball played to feet and I made sure I was available to support him.
"I try to commit myself in training, but it’s not always easy. The boss always motivates me to give 100%."
The defender expressed disappointment with the result against Bologna, but added: "We have to keep working in this way, game after game."
