MILAN – Eder has revealed how the club's new Chinese owners helped motivate the players on their way to a famous win against Juventus.
"The chairman Jindong Zhang came into the changing room before kick-off and said he'd pay for dinner if we won," the Nerazzurri striker during a Nike event. "Everyone was very happy and at dinner he gave us all a mooncake, which is a typical Chinese delicacy they eat during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
"It's important that the team feels the support from the new owners."
