APPIANO GENTILE - Ivan Perisic has revealed he's fit and firing following his return from international duty with Croatia.
In an exclusive interview with Inter Channel, the forward explained: "I feel good, we played well against Turkey but were a touch unlucky. We had a lot of chances but only came away with a 1-1 draw. Either way, if we continue in that vein, Croatia can go far.
"As I said before the international break, some new faces have joined Inter and we need time - it's not easy for players joining from abroad. People expect them to score and win games immediately but we have to help both them and the new coach. We can only be successful if we work together."
Inter will be busy on three front this seasons, something Ivan was keen to address: "The coach has said that he'll give everyone a chance. We'll need everyone to do their bit because we're involved in three competitions - Serie A, the Coppa Italia and Europa League. We won't be able to manage all that with only 12, 13 or 14 players. I'm sure everyone will be ready to give 100%."
Perisic finished with a message for the supporters after hearing how much they idolise him: "That's great to hear. I'll do my best like last season to show I deserve that."
