MILAN – Jeison Murillo expressed his disappointment that Inter could not secure all three points against Palermo as he spoke to the media after Sunday’s 1-1 draw at San Siro.
"We’re disappointed that we didn’t get the three points in front of our fans, but we worked hard and kept fighting," declared the Colombian centre-back after the game. "There’s room for improvement and that’s what we’ll work towards.
"The boss wants to make the most of everyone’s qualities. We’ll try to reach peak fitness and then the coach will decide who plays. Credit to Palermo tonight, but we gave everything and created several chances.
"This Inter side wants to play good football and win every game. We have high ambitions and we’ll keep fighting to achieve our objectives," said Murillo.
