TRENTO – Stefano Vecchi spoke with the media after Inter U19's 5-1 friendly victory against Trento yesterday.
"We worked very hard in the game, trying out everything we've been focusing on in the last few days. The players are already in decent condition, they're hungry and the spirit is right.
"During this training camp, we've come up against more structured teams with a higher technical quality in order to put our players in the right conditions to prepare as well as possible. My job is to develop these guys so they are ready for a call-up from the first team."
Vecchi signed off with a look forward to the upcoming training sessions: "We've got two days of rest and then we start a new series of pre-season tournaments that will help us to prepare for the season."
