CHARLOTTE – Daniel Bessa answered questions from the gathered media after tonight's game at Bank of America Stadium between Inter and Bayern Munich.
"It wasn't easy for us today. We've worked a lot on the physical side of things and we were up against one of the best sides in Europe. Let's take the positives from the performance.
"As for my personal objective for the season, I'm storing away everything I'm doing here – the work in Appiano Gentile, Brunico and America. It's all experience and we'll see what happens in the future.
"We're not focusing too much on the results. We've played top sides, so let's see what happens when we return to Italy.
"We knew we weren't matching them in the first half: our squad wasn't at top form."
