PORTLAND – Lega Serie A released the fixture list for the upcoming season earlier this evening.
Here's Roberto Mancini's reaction to the news: "These days there is no such thing as an easy game, especially in Serie A. As opposed to last year, we'll also have Thursday night fixtures in the Europa League this season.
"We've had the Euros and the Copa America this summer, so all the big sides will have to gradually reintroduce the players who featured in these competitions. In any case, we've been working hard since the beginning of July to make sure we're ready and we'll continue to do this with the friendlies we have coming up in order to get match fit."
